Substituion and Return Policy:

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In the arrangement, where a single flower type is used, we will make every attempt to match the flower type requested, but may substitute with another color.

Flower Elegance guarantees fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and quality gift items the recipient is sure to enjoy. Because fresh flowers are delicate and perishable, they are not returnable. However, if you or the person receiving your gift are not 100% satisfied, call us and we will work with you to assure your satisfaction.
